Dr. Rick Black is board-certified in Nuclear Medicine and PET Imaging. During his 15 year career, he has interpreted over 25,000 PET studies and has constructed the most comprehensive educational material that exists in oncological and neurological PET imaging, in addition to more than 100,000 cardiac perfusion studies, and over 100,000 general nuclear medicine examinations. This impressive effort has culminated in the Nuclear Medicine Review (4000 page database with >60,000 references) which is now used extensively in his national lecturing and has been adopted by Tycohealthcare-Mallinckrodt and Amersham Health as a tool for the understanding the literature and applying it to appropriate product development.
