Our Radiologists are Accountable for their Performance
Our radiologists can access a dashboard within our technology platform that displays real-time feedback on their performance – including quality results, reports completed and productivity (measured in RVUs). This dashboard provides a snapshot of their performance as benchmarked against their peers. Radisphere also monitors these dashboards along with daily shift reports to identify radiologists that might need additional training on our technology or processes. In addition, Radisphere conducts monthly and quarterly performance reviews with our radiologists to review their diagnostic accuracy and productivity. Medical directors are further assessed on their onsite leadership and feedback from the medical staff. Finally, Radisphere aligns the compensation of our radiologists and medical directors with quality, performance, and medical staff satisfaction to ensure they are each held accountable for delivering superior radiology services to our hospital clients.

We Publish our Performance Scorecard and Benchmark Data
